We're a team of food scientists, designers, and content creators passionate about food and beverage design, innovation, and creativity. Founded by Dr. Bryan Quoc Le, we've worked with early entrepreneurs, small food businesses, venture-backed startups, and established companies in the food, beverage, and other sectors of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Our Story

Founded in 2020 by Dr. Bryan Quoc Le as a solo consulting practice while he was a graduate student, our consulting group has since been hard at work staying at the forefront of future food design. The inspiration behind our group began when Dr. Le attempted to start a vegan ice cream company in his early 20's. After moving on from that venture, he discovered food science as an academic discipline and instantly fell in love with the field.

But he was still tired of seeing small food businesses struggle because of lack of technical knowledge, resources, and human power and remembered how challenging it was to develop his food products. He was also surprised by how challenging it was for founders to communicate deep technology to lay audiences, a feat that Dr. Le learned to achieve with ease over years of experience and practice. 

 

Today, we're proud to have served over a hundred clients in the food, beverage, and other CPG industries, and supported them in their early endeavors with our deep expertise, whether through analytical research, formulation design, or scientific content creation.
