Hi, I’m Dr. Radhika Jain and I am a food scientist passionate about nutrition, flavor, and innovation. I love watching raw ingredients transform—the way their color, texture, and aroma evolve into something entirely new and delicious.
My curiosity and desire to create have taken me to global platforms such as the World Bank, AOAC, USDA and UNICEF, each experience motivating me to pursue excellence. I believe a meaningful
​​research is best achieved in collaboration with experts across disciplines. My biggest learning for this was done during my doctoral research alongside few of the finest scientists at leading institutes such as University of Delhi, Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi, Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences-DRDO, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, National Dairy Research Institute and several food industry leaders in India.
Along the way, I’ve also contributed to the field as the author and co-author of two books, published in numerous esteemed journals and have been recognized with several awards worldwide.I’m highly focused when it comes to investing extra hours to strengthen my knowledge or explore new opportunities. I firmly believe in getting back to basics, and in that pursuit, I thrive on tackling complex challenges with a blend of scientific rigor and practical insights.
At present, I am based in the beautiful landscapes of British Columbia, Canada, where I continue to craft innovative, nutritious, and sustainable products with the goal of making a positive difference worldwide.
