Ryan Divan

Ryan Divan is a Junior Consultant and Web Application Developer at Mendocino Food Consulting who is currently studying Mathematics at Princeton University. Ryan’s background is at the intersection of data, mathematics, and chemistry, understanding the role food plays in society and the numbers behind it.
​At Mendocino Food Consulting, Ryan develops the​​Kachi app, a website that helps users analyze the
effectiveness of their skincare spend. He spearheads a variety of the company’s technical efforts and conducts work in data analysis. His past research experience includes composting research at the Princeton University Department of Geosciences under Dr. Xinning Zhang and antimalarial drug discovery and data analysis under Dr. Fina Liotta at the New Jersey Governor’s School in the Sciences. Ryan is a U.S. Presidential Scholarship Semifinalist and has been recognized by the Governor of New Jersey and the Department of Education for his work.
Outside of his consulting work, Ryan runs an esports data analytics company, EVAL, funded by Princeton University’s Keller Center and advocates for environmentally friendly solutions for food as a leader of Sunrise Princeton. He enjoys experimenting with new recipes and using data to interact with food and the environment.
